Effective Date: Feb 9, 2026 The RemyAI platform, including its websites and mobile applications, is operated by Nomad Technologies LLC and its affiliated companies (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This Privacy Policy applies solely to individuals located in the United States and explains how the Company collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the RemyAI platform and related services.

For the purposes of applicable U.S. privacy laws, RemyAI generally acts as a service provider or data processor with respect to personal information processed on behalf of its users (real estate professionals), who act as data controllers with respect to their own contacts and communications. Remy processes personal data on behalf of business customers; the processing terms are governed by our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) at Data Processing Addendum.

This policy complies with applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar privacy laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah.

• Commercial Information: Details of products or services purchased or considered.
• Internet or Other Network Activity: Browser type, operating system, pages visited, device ID, interactions with our website or app.

• Inferences: Preferences or characteristics inferred from your interactions with the Platform.

Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under applicable U.S. privacy laws unless explicitly necessary and disclosed to you.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

When Users communicate with their own contacts through the Platform, RemyAI processes communication data on behalf of the User, in accordance with the User’s instructions and applicable law.

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Sharing Your Information We may share personal information with:

• Service Providers: Vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, communications infrastructure, and customer support;

When Users use the Platform to communicate with their own contacts, personal information related to those communications is processed at the direction of the User, who is responsible for informing their contacts and obtaining required consents.

We do not sell personal information for monetary value. However, we may share personal information with third-party partners (such as analytics or advertising providers) in a manner that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain U.S. privacy laws. You have the right to opt out of such sharing.
